The rebuild was built around clarity and credibility. Clear service architecture. Strong messaging for each project type. A buyer journey designed around how a homeowner at the $100,000 to $500,000 project level actually researches, evaluates, and decides.

A Local SEO Content Engine

Eighteen new pages were published in March alone, covering three complete content clusters: Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, and Basement Finishing. Each cluster includes a hub page and five supporting sub-pages, all optimized with SEO metadata, internal linking, and JSON-LD schema markup.

The keyword footprint grew from near zero in November 2025 to 272 ranking terms in under five months. Twenty-nine entirely new queries entered the rankings in one reporting period alone. Google is now surfacing RW for high-value local searches across multiple Northern Virginia communities.

Google Business Profile Optimization

Profile views increased 92.4% year-over-year, hitting 1,189 views over a five-month period. Thirty-one percent of those views came through Google Maps, where homeowners are typically further along in their decision process and represent higher-intent prospects. All five of the top discovery queries driving profile views were broad, intent-based searches from homeowners who had never heard of RW before. That is local SEO working exactly as intended.

Meta Advertising Across Service Lines

Five campaigns were launched covering Outdoor Living, Basement Remodels, Bathroom Remodels, Home Additions, and Kitchen Remodels. The Outdoor Living campaign immediately stood out, generating 13 leads at $99.74 per lead with an above-average quality ranking. As the campaigns exit the learning phase, the strongest performers are positioned for budget increases.

Organic search visitors convert at a 64.65% engagement rate, the highest of any traffic channel on the site. Call clicks grew 600% in a single month, from 1 to 7. At the $100K-plus project level, a homeowner who calls directly is a serious prospect.
